COD IW Zombies - Rave in the Redwoods

Rave in the Redwoods was the first Zombies DLC map to ship for Infinite Warfare. It was set at Bear Lake Cabin in Northern California during a music festival. Kevin Smith was the guest star for this map and needed to have his own area where he was safe from zombies. He ended up in the shack on the island where you pack-a-punch your weapons.

This was the first map I was fortunate enough to work on with the zombies team at IW. My responsibilities included designing the lake shore, stream, pack-a-punch island, and fire pit locations, along with helping to redesign the rock wall and party areas. I owned iteration on gameplay for these spaces as well, with daily playtests. Some of the areas in this map are based on a lake and campground I visited a lot during my childhood. I also produced final artwork on the island, cabins, vista, and cafeteria exterior areas. I contributed to the portaling, memory optimization and performance for this map.
